Editor's review

Bells & Whistles Outlook Add-in 3.01.44 is the shareware that can help you make your email reply easier and much faster. It automatically puts the subject, greeting, silent email notes and email templates on the reply of mails to personalize them and save you lot of time. You can also give counters to your mails and their replies to track any important conversation.

You can also preset the reply format for specific mails and set BCC if you want to send the same mail to many people and have a personal one to one touch in all. You can also attach files with your forward and reply mails. It also automatically zips the large attachments to fasten the process. It can also select the appropriate email account from a cluster of accounts for the reply of email.

This application works with all versions of Microsoft Outlook. It doesn’t filter spam and genuine emails and opens all for reply. This may bring your system to a risk.

Nice Outlook add-in with several useful tools bundled together. A bargain if you need more than one of the tools. The email template add-in is well done and I use it a lot at work. I would give it 5 stars if they included an attachment manager (for removing email attachments by deleting or moving them to local folders). Also there`s an annoying problem with the "did you forget an attachment?" add-in which scans for variations on the word "attach" in your email and throws up a dialog asking if you meant to attach something if any variation of the word appears and there is no attachment. The problem is we use a legal privacy warning at the bottom of each email that includes the word "attachments" so I have to either deactivate this add-in or put up with the warning dialog every time I send.
